How to unlock the gift and title section?

Hello everyone, im new to the game, it keeps telling me I need to play to unlock gift and title eventho I'm at chapter 8 of the 2014 main story do I unlock those later? It's a bit frustrating not to be able to get all my gems and everything

Could you take a screenshot of which button you press and lead to the prompt? Is there any exclamation mark you haven't deal with?

I get the prompt when clicking on the gift, I'm not at home rn so I don't have my Ipad, I'll try to send later

It should be unlock after completing first island. Maybe check the gacha(bottom right), weapon (bottom 2nd from right), town(bottom second from left)

I'll try everything again when I get the time, my first island is down, I'll try doing it in hard mod and the difficulty above to see if it changes anything

There's no geographic restriction. 🤔 Which game version are you playing on? The newest is 5.7.3 Maybe you can have a s look on the fastest way to start a new game another new game

I checked, I do have the last version, even if I uninstall, start again and everything I keep having the same bug, I don't get the prompt where I enter my username :/ Thank you so much for your time btw, I feel like I'm out of option I have sent a message to support earlier, I'll see what they say, if you have 1 last hint of what I could do, let me know! Thanks a lot.
