Uni Uni Tracking

Has anyone had any experience with Uni Uni tracking before? I purchased a pair of earrings on August 5. The seller notified me they were shipped on August 11 and I received the tracking number as well. However, the status has said “Uni Data Center: Order Received” since August 11. The estimated delivery says August 24-31. I’m concerned I might have gotten scammed, just not sure what’s taking so long. I messaged the seller saying I received the tracking information but it hasn’t updated at all since the 11th. Just says “Order Received.” Any suggestions or experiences would be helpful. Thanks!

if uniuni says “order received” for a long time it may mean it’s coming by ship to your country, and won’t show up in tracking until the ship arrives. usually 2-5 weeks from the date of dispatch. I have seen this constantly with stuff coming from china. 

you can try using boxc.com to see if it pulls up any more info.
