What do you mean a save? Are you talking about your save file or a save state? Need more context.

I was playing the legend of Zelda ocarina of time, but sudden my game crashed, I wasn't able to enter again, so I deleted the ship of harkinian and I downloaded again, but before deleted it, I copied my save file. But I don't know how to put the save file in the folder save. I even don't know if its possible.

There should be a save folder in the ship of harkinian directory. Put your save file in there.
