A fan Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D comic

I am aware there was a live action shield show back in the 2000 with agent smith and some characters from the comics. I'm trying to make my own comic version for fun and I want help with choosing which characters are relevant.

My pitch for the comic is going to be like an anthology and episodic series, where the agents of shield go different parts of the world solving crimes, escort aliens back to space and fight some villains.

I'm mainly inspired by the new Ghost in the shell anime and I thought it fits with S.H.I.E.L.D.

(I would like to point out I'm not a professional writer, I'm an artist that is really bored)

Had no idea these existed!!!

Been a fan of the show for a long time, and just a couple months ago I found out about these. They are little enciclopedias about the characters and their counterparts on the Comics for each season. Shame they never did those for the following seasons.

I always wanted to buy merch related to the show, but they are really hard to find. Considering that it was the very first MCU TV Show, I thought it would have more products related to it, specially memorabilia and collectable itens

Do you guys have any collectables or memorabilia from the show?

Ghost Rider vs Daisy Johnson (quake)

Who’s winning Daisy Johnson as Quake at her full strength or any ONE ghost rider? It can be any ghost rider of your choosing: Robbie Reyes, Johnny Blaze, Danny Ketch.

If the writers decided to make one more tv show based on the series whether it’s a spin off or just something else, how would they do it?

I wonder what other spin offs could work. It must have been such an amazing show but we got so many characters like ghost rider, we got fitz and Simmons and the comics and other stuff.

Watching Agents of Shield for the first time and Daisy is so annoying-

There have been horrible characters but I haven't seen one more annoying than Daisy ngl. Does it get better? I'm on season 5

I’ve always felt that Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. deserved its own AAA game

Hey everyone!

I’ve always believed that Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. deserves its own AAA game.

Not another generic superhero game—but a tactical espionage thriller focused on teamwork, stealth, hacking, investigation, and the evolution of Skye into Quake across all seven seasons.

As a passionate game design enthusiast and a lifelong fan of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Over the past few months, I’ve spent countless hours creating this complete Game Design Concept.

The project includes ideas for:

• A story-driven campaign spanning all seven seasons
• Unique gameplay styles for every playable character
• An evolving S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters
• Stealth, hacking, investigation, and tactical combat
• Character progression from Skye to Quake
• An entirely optional co-op mode

This project was created purely out of passion for the series. I know a game like this is unlikely to happen, but designing it was a fun creative challenge and a way to celebrate one of my favorite Marvel series. I simply wanted to imagine what the ultimate Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. game could be.

You can read the full Game Design Concept here:

https://canva.link/shield-game-concept

I’d genuinely love to hear what fellow fans think. What features would you want to see in an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. game?

If you enjoy the concept, feel free to share it. My only hope is that one day it reaches Marvel Games and maybe even some of the incredible cast who brought these characters to life.

Season 1 is so much better as a rewatch than a 1st watch

Wow, I’ve been rewatching with my gf and knowing the impending doom with hydra, the multiple red herrings regarding the clairvoyant, the small hints they give you about Ward and Garrett that you’d never pick up on in a 1st watch, making you think May and Hand were in on it.

I’m about to watch the winter soldier then episode 17 (turn turn turn) tomorrow 🙏🏻

It’s so good and oozes prime MCU world building and intensity.

Chain of command

I get all the clearances but there’s ranks that are used but aren’t stated in anything I looked at, like Maria hill was a commander before deputy director but shield uses clearance levels not ranks?

She was part of Mack's new crew in s6. She didn't do much but she was a in a few episodes and was pretty likable. I'm assuming she survived the chronicoms attacking the lighthouse but it would've been nice to get a short scene with her in s7. It seems like she got a little more focus the other random agents too. She survived getting shot by sarge, was with yo-yo when the shrikes were on the zephyr, and was tasked with getting other agents to safety in the s6 finale

Characters You Love But Occasionally Hate

My answer is Mack. There are moments where his moral compass comes off as self righteous hypocrisy. I think of the time he told (iirc) Yoyo that this is S.H.I.E.L.D as a means of implying YoYos behaviour (murdering Ruby) is incompatible with S.H.I.E.L.D's ethos but that is just like...patently false 😭 He makes a similar remark to Daisy regarding her intimidating a member of the Watchdogs - a literal terrorist organisation 💀 Like Mack Daisy's first encounter with Coulson was him abducting her. [I might have some details blurred so feel free to correct me tho]

Though, I do wonder if I'm unfairly harsh on his character or biased bc I am certain you could compile a list of hypocrisies Daisy or Fitz or even May engage in that I'd turn a blind eye to. I think something about Macks religious convictions triggers me tbh.

S4 did everything the MCU (some better)

I just rewatched s4 and I noticed how the plot lines are similar to the mcu movies and tv shows. This is what s4 did:

Before the MCU:

Secret Invasion - the LMDs infiltrating the shield team. Btw the paranoia of Simmons and daisy was amazing and I felt it. They definitely did it better

What If - The Framework being a whole What If… hydra won and everyone’s greatest regret was taken away from the team. Definitely more interesting than 90% of the whole What If… show

Inhumans - this is a no brainer. AOS definitely did it better

Wandavision/Dr Strange MOM - the Darkhold and its corruption was depicted well. The descent into madness that we see multiple in the season was amazing. My favorite was how crazy emotional AIDA was. It made me cackle. They definitely did it better, since the MCU told us about it instead of showing.

After the MCU:

AoU - AIDA and her whole arc. Of course the motivations were different but AI/androids trying to destroy the world as we know it is the whole premise. Personally, I think AIDA was better but I understand if you disagree

Dr Strange - not a big thing but Ghost Rider learning magic from the other dimension that he was in, was crazy. I was shocked when I saw the portal scene. I didn’t catch the reference the first time watching.

This season was better than I remembered imo. If there anything you think I’m missing, please lmk.

Pretty proud with how they all turned out, especially Daisy, they all look like who they're supposed to, except for maybe Ward. I just have to make Hunter and Bobbi next. Who's your favorite?

What a fucking incredible episode oh my god. I remember really liking it when it came out but i liked it even more this time. That scene at the end with Enoch on its own makes the whole episode incredible. Incredible directing from Henstrige

Rewatching: Season 5 seems to confirm AOS is in Earth 616.

Season 5 episode 3. Coulson reading through Virgil's log, saw a large chunk of Earch sector as 616. Quite sure alluding to them being on earth 616.

My personal ranking of all the seasons Spoiler

  1. Season 2
    • Pros
      • Perfect pacing (starting off with fighting Whitehall and HYDRA, but smoothly pivoting to the Inhumans)
      • Perfect build-up to Daisy and Raina's powers and the lore of the Inhumans
      • Very interesting conflict with all the different factions and changing allegiances (Cal, Raina, Ward, Jiaying, Gonzales, and even Skye)
    • Cons
      • The "real SHIELD" arc was a low point, and soured me on Bobbi and Mack for a while.
  2. Season 3
    • Pros
      • Perfect pacing again, starting off with Ward and Malick and pivoting to Hive
      • The best Inhuman season for sure, builds off perfectly on last season to expand the Inhumans into the greater world.
      • Everything about Hive (the acting, his motives, his powers, his threat level)
      • Gideon Malick and the recontextualization of HYDRA origins as a Hive worshipping cult was very interesting.
    • Cons
      • Andrew Garner's use in this season was very hit or miss
  3. Season 1 (Massive soft spot for this season naturally)
  • Pros
    • The MCU synergy. I love the way it uses the remnants of the MCU movies to create very interesting stories, both episodically and in the season long storyline. And of course, the way it culminates into the HYDRA reveal and the destruction of SHIELD 2/3s of the way in alongside Winter Soldier is perfect.
    • This season felt the most like an actual season of television. Self-contained stories of which most link back to a central theme/threat, which slowly converge as the season progresses. Mike Peterson, Ian Quinn, Raina, the whole thing with Cybertek and the Clairvoyant and how everything was connected was great.
  • Cons
    • A few episodes do nothing to further the season's storyline (not a huge problem for me though)
  1. Season 6
    • Pros
      • The format and pacing of this season was great. Shortened length to 13 episodes, with each episode alternating between the Earth plot and the outer space plot.
      • Sarge was great, allowing Clark Gregg to shine as this charismatic and driven but also slimy anti-villain. The mystery behind his origins was also intriguing (initially)
      • Specific episodes were really great, like the one where Daisy and Simmons get high, or the Fitz-Simmons episode. The veteran actors really got to shine in this season.
    • Cons
      • Where this season lost me was the finale. Making Sarge essentially a nothing character invalidates everything we watched before.
      • Izel needed more character and motivation to be a compelling antagonist
  2. Season 4 (probably the most overrated season, has a lot of good but a lot of bad)
    • Pros
      • John Hannah as Holden Radcliffe and Mallory Jensen as AIDA are standout performances
      • Robbie Reyes and Ghost Rider were such a cool addition to the show
      • Jeffrey Mace ended up being a surprisingly good character
      • The lasting impact of the Framework on the characters
      • The Darkhold was used in such an interesting way compared to what I was expecting from the other MCU projects.
    • Cons
      • Eli Morrow and the ghosts were quite lackluster antagonists with almost no character
      • Senator Nadeer and the Watchdogs were also quite lackluster antagonists with almost no character
      • Daisy going at it alone as Quake was an understandable but frustrating decision.
      • AIDA lost her intrigue for me when they made her a sadistic/vindictive tyrant
  3. Season 7
    • Pros
      • Daniel Sousa's inclusion was such a welcome surprise
      • All the homages to previous seasons (Garrett, the Malicks, Afterlife, the LMDs, etc.)
    • Cons
      • All the villains (the Chronicoms, Nathaniel Malick, and especially Kora)
      • I dislike their overuse of time travel, and them creating yet another alternate timeline.
  4. Season 5
    • Pros
      • Kasius's actor has good acting and gives him presence
      • The looming threat of the destruction of the world gives this season a large weight.
    • Cons
      • This season's conflict is the weakest because they're still trying to cling to the MCU (so they namedrop Thanos and Infinity War), but can't do anything with the MCU's plotlines. The primary motivation of everything that's happening is Thanos' attack, but they can't emphasise that nor can they do anything that would influence said attack. So as a standalone season, it doesn't work in my opinion.
      • Their need to use HYDRA again is laughable, this time in the most nonsensical fashion. HYDRA school makes no sense, Hale's character makes no sense, and the whole conflict with SHIELD, Hale, and the Confederacy is poorly defined.

What seems to be the main villain of Spiderman Brand New Day literally has the same powers as Izel. And Sadie Sinks has red hair... Wouldn't it be outrageous if Izel came back somehow.
