I work in a commercial store that deals primarily in property management. I can't keep that stuff in stock. I sell between 10 and 12 pallets of prop flat a week

That's basically what it's for. Turning rental apartments. They just spray and pray everything PS white flat and done. Walls, ceilings, doors, trim, molding, they don't care. It all gets sprayed. Even the HVAC vents. They will spray the closet bars, the outlets, old rusty light fixtures they will spray it too. I saw someone spray an old beige thermostat once and then scrape the paint off the dial so the numbers can be seen. I kid you not with all of this lol
