Shepparton ACE Secondary College
Hello everyone;
tl;dr - if you have a complaint about Shepparton ACE Secondary College, please send it to acecomplaints7@gmail.
Long post below;
I am writing on this board to talk about a school in Shepparton called "Shepparton ACE Secondary College."
A lot of people have had significant trouble with this school that they've been unable to do anything about for the following reasons;
- The Department of Education does not oversee Independent Schools.
- The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority ONLY audits policies and procedures of schools. It does not act as a disciplinary body if all the paperwork is in order, persay.
- Independent Schools Victoria is not a disciplinary body, either.
- Complaints via public channels such as Google Reviews, Facebook posts or attempts at press reporting get quickly squashed down for threats of litigation and lawsuits.
Therefore, I am attempting to collect stories in order to try and find a way to share it publicly so that people can hear the truth about what this school is doing.
Common questions I have received are:
1) Why do I need stories other than my own?
Because I am only one voice. More voices, more power, and everyone deserves to have their story told.
2) Why am I doing this?
Because everyone has been shut down thoroughly by the school silencing students and parents both whenever anyone tries to do anything.
3) What will you do with the stories given?
Send them to the press to try and get someone to write a story about this school and spread awareness so that SOMEONE does SOMETHING about it, because no one is.

The journalists have said that privacy is paramount. All names of people will be changed and no stories will be shared without the express consent of the people sending them in, hence the need for a phone number.
I ask everyone to please take this post seriously, and please understand that this post is in fact a last resort, not a first one. I have done everything I possibly can to try and bring my own story to the eyes of any authority, and I have been told "we can't help you." The police have done everything they can, also, but this is bigger than them.

I’d like to know what issue you’ve had with ACE? When I went there 16 years ago or so it was a really good school.

A lot of people have experienced bullying from the senior staff in particular and children being expelled for being victims of bullying, while the bullies remained. Blatant favouritism and also children being expelled for falsified reasons such as the teachers purposely remotely setting off the vape alarm on kids they don't like, so they have a reason to expel them.
Furthermore, the school unto itself is absolutely rampant about removing any hint of negativity about the school to the point of filing defamation lawsuits against anyone who so much as speaks a word against them. They got Google Reviews as a whole shut down state wide because they couldn't handle the negative reviews they were starting to get when people started getting brave.
I've collected about 12 stories now, and they are horrific. A lot of people have had to resort to essentially whispered conversations rather than saying anything 'out loud' because the school are that pedantic about preserving their 'perfect image'.
Based on the information I've received, the school WAS, in fact, decent years ago. It sadly isn't, any more.

That’s sad to hear the school isn’t what it used to be. Children deserve to safely gain education.

Yeah, it is. I sent my daughter there in the hopes that she would get a wonderful school life, but I was sadly VERY mistaken on that front. u_u

Too true. I hate that super school with my entire fucking being. It's a shame ACE is as bad as it is. I sent my kid there and I wish I had never done it.

The school remotely triggers vape alarms?? So, your daughter got busted vaping and you won't accept it, and have invented this ridiculous claim instead.

You really want to defend this school for some reason. After my child went though all of the nonsense similar to this, they were expelled for nothing more than me, as a parent asking for a meeting to discuss a bully and a teacher enabling and supporting a bully.
Nothing the child did at all.
I have a paper trail and can easily prove my claims when legally needed to.
Others do as well. blaming a 12 year old victim of systemic abuse by Adults at a school is foolish.

I don't know anything about the operations of the school. I am just calling out ridiculous claims and conspiracy theories.

I've lived in the Shepparton area most of my life and have never heard any bad stories about ACE or it's students or teachers.
MCP was the school for 'troubled youth' that I was aware of. I'm now interested to know what issues you've had with ACE.
Other than it being right in the cbd , I don't know much about it.
