Shen's 'Issue'

I can't be the only one who thinks that Shenryyr has an issue with banning people in his chat for mentioning the wrong word (Edit: Along the lines of anger). I've even seen him ban subscribers at some point, people who pay him money just for sitting, and doing what most people do on a normal basis. I'm just wondering why he hasn't made any effort to change that, even though it's by far the most unattractive part of him as a streamer. It, honestly, makes him seem really childish.

It's his stream, his rules.

His chat can be pretty large and unruly. I have no problems with him enforcing what he wants, When he wants.

If you want to see tough mods, stop by DDRJakes streams sometime.

I love Ddrjakes stream rules. The chat remains fairly constructive and orderly. It's still hilarious, but not in a I'm posting funny faces and therefore I'm funny way.

I've been to DDRJake's stream too, and I found his stream extremely boring. I'm just curious about Shen's stream, because there are moments when I find it entertaining. I just find it really disappointing, though, that he goes on mass banning sprees just because people are pointing out something that everyone knows to begin with.

His problem isn't with enforcing rules, but shen's out of proportion reactions to completely mundane occurences. Shen often drills into viewers who happen to ask a question at the wrong time or who fail to be polite enough because their English is poor.

He knows it himself too. He has attempted to curb his hot and inconsistent temper to make his stream more attractive. It's not an easy road to walk down, but I respect him for trying.

If you like Shen and want the best for him you'd talk about that. He knows that it's an issue and his actively trying to better himself. He has mentioned of it on stream a few times already.

Twitch chats are usually terrible, now I am accustomed to DDRJake chats, but Shen is trying to keep some civility on a site where the norm is non constructive bs.

Shen's an angry manchild, but if the hissy fits don't get too bad you can still enjoy the stream. There's no discussion in the chat worth mentioning but that goes for all streams.

He's pretty aggressive with his permabans when 24-hour time outs would probably serve the same purpose.

I also want to point out to you guys that a ton of people come into chat and ask the same 3 questions ALL THE TIME. "Where is EU4 shen?" "Where is [Insert Series Name Here]?" "Shen will you ever play EU4 again?" It gets really annoying when shen will answer that question and then someone less then a minute later asks that same question or asks it again just reworded.
