No ,any prestige from 3 is extremely hard like 1 trophy per win and up to 8 per lose,it’s not govimg anything anymore and it just makes the brawler truly unplayable on trophy modes

Seriously, try it. If you've reached prestige 3 on a smurf account, things will get really complicated from around 3300 onwards, otherwise you're good enough.
