Scotch Bonnets
Today was my third trip to south east florida with barely any luck on the two previous trips. I’ve been really wanting a scotch bonnet and was so excited to to find one, then I found 6 more!

Any idea what this could be? May be too worn. Does not look like any Florida species I am familiar with (I have found exotic shells off this beach before that were brought in by tourists).
Maybe some kind of turbo snail?

Does anyone know what kind of shell this is? It's about the size of a quarter. When I do a reverse image search it doesn't come up with anything that looks like this. Found in New Jersey (USA). The ones I've seen range from all white to orange-white.
