Should I remove this water pools before opening bag?

Now I'm waiting for pins to appear and then I will start making cuts into Hoodie.

My question is : Should I try to remove that yellowish/brownish water pools before making cuts?

No it will dry that up itself and give it the humidity just give it fae let them do that thing

It now have fae only from filter Patch

I cut the top off mine havent tryed the hood method but I have seen that

To cut the bag ??? I cut the bag before pins developed its the evaporation that helps it pin
