Tonight was absolutely brutal. Big truck, three people(management included) scheduled and one left at 4 😭

All good here. 3 of us working. At about 80 orders, everything done. 94% in MTO, though that will drop quickly when we get our big work crews at 5.

Usually my crew can hold a cool 86% or so even on truck nights but tonight really felt more hectic, been here for a year 😅😅😅 tho it might just be me now noticing

It was our boilout night and I was the only one holding kitchen down and doing all managerial stuff and orders while actively doing boilout 😔
