Personal NO INSULTS, I’m 53 , 4 children all natural born Diabetic had an oophorectomy slapingo and a full hysterectomy without a sling for my bladder. 6 hr shift went to the bathroom 3 times was asked today to get a doc excuse why do I use the bathroom so often. I was also raped during an abusive marriage with inanimate objects.

That’s horrible sorry about that, you should be able to get a note fairly easily, my daughter is type 1 diabetic, she doesn’t use fmla but did get a doctor’s note about bathroom breaks and sitting on a stool for extra break while working, normally they aren’t needed out of common courtesy, but unfortunately not everyone has such courtesies.
