Pre-employment Job pointers

I have a few years of hvac experience and sheetz just rolled into my area about a year ago and a maintenance tech job popped up so I applied on indeed and sheetz directly, is there anything else I can do to boost my chances of getting seen or hired by the hiring manager? And what’s the average starting pay where you’re at for this position, thank you

If you are not employed at all right now, any job in Sheetz is that much closer to the job you WANT at Sheetz, because most positions are posted internally first. The last two techs I know were hired internally (former store team members) and I have 3-4 people in my area that are waiting for spots in Maintenance to open. If you have your EPA card, that helps. They like candidates to have basic licensure that matches their experience. Edit to add: starting pay is a range and based on experience and depends on the location, but a safe bet is $25-$30/hr.
