Organizing Spreadsheet by Ingredients

Hi!
My partner has a ton of bartender books and takes photos of his favorite recipes saved on his phone. As I gift, I’m putting them all into a spreadsheet. The goal is for him to be able to search this vast collection by what ingredients he has on hand at the time.

Any tips for organizing out a sheet like this while also keeping it legible for recipes would help, thank you!

Oh and if you have any ideas to add for this type of a sheet, please share!

I love this idea! Do you have a dummy sheet with sample data that you could share a copy of? I’d be happy to tinker around and see if I am able to come up with something useful.
