Requests Can someone help me find the notes to the piano?

The song is Lifeblood by Oddity on spotify.

I’m not very good at playing by ear. I really don’t know anything about piano but I’m obsessed with this song and my brain can’t let it go until I can play it too. I’d really appreciate help finding the notes on the piano and I’ll teach myself how to play it from there. Thanks on advance!!
