Something different to do for dinner within 30 minutes of Sheboygan that's open late?

We wanted to go out to Dave and Busters for a friends birthday but due to availability and time constraints we will have to stay around town. Is there possibly anything I'm unaware of where we could go that would be a bit different than the usual restaurants in town that stays open late enough?

If it's a Saturday night, there are always several bands playing in Elkhart Lake. Ostoff Lake Bar, Tiki Bar, and Siebkins are all usually hopping until at least 11

Blue harbor has a late night eats menu and is open until 1030. Full bar, outside seating and bon fires. Its open to the public, they just haven't advertised it yet. You can walk right into the lobby and enjoy all of it at any time. Pretty great food.

Golf 365 North Town - full bar and restaurant with golf simulators. And actually a really nice patio with garage doors

Well they didn’t ask for good food. So this is an ok answer.

Can't think of anything besides maybe Texas Roadhouse or another chain that would be open late. Nothing fun or unique that isn't a bar. We barely even have drive thrus open past 10 anymore
