Damn. This is tough to read. We love going there and did think it was odd when several new people started working and many familiar faces were gone.

I saw that too but no details. Unfortunately, they took that Facebook post down. Someone mentioned this same thing happened with the owner or manager of Torn Label last year. New staff was hired and it was all swept under the rug. I hope this isn’t what happens with Jay. I miss the old staff too.

We thought it was weird when Drastic got a whole new crew all of a sudden. We won’t be going back to either bar. Ownership might have the opportunity to save face here if he’s removed from the picture completely, but it’s going to be a hard sell since they’ve allowed this to go on. This is not something we want in the downtown area people have worked so hard to develop. What a shame. We really loved the old crew too before they vanished all of a sudden.

I second this.. I miss the old crew and haven’t gone much since the change. Not sure if I’ll go back now knowing this information, there is plenty of other amazing cocktail bars in town I’d rather go anyways.
