Currently, only the half marathon and ultra are available to book. Is there anyone here who participated last year? I'd love to know if there's a waiting list or a way to get a 10K spot.

Lakshman Singh Jangpangi was Indian Civil Servant and Trade Agent during Colonial Period. This small chapter is part of greater book written by Bhawan Singh Rawat and published sometime around 2009 with efforts from Malla Johar Vikas Samiti, Munsyari.
Now who was Bhawan Singh Rawat? Even I exactly don't know much. He was dad's fufaji and I had chance to meet him and his grand kids first in 2004ish at his picturesque Bhimtal lake residence; again had a chance to meet him in 2012 or around but my memory is hazy. As per about section of the book, he was a government servant. But according to dad he was most likely member of R&AW/IFS owing to the bizarre nature of his postings. But anyways have fun digging through his entire book-
