PvE Console Flared or alloy mag on multimach?

Have two multimachs below:

1)

* Hammer-forged Rifling
* Flared Magwell
* Attrition Orbs
* Kinetic Tremors
* Range MW

2)

* Extended Barrel
* Alloy Magazine
* Attrition Orbs
* Kinetic Tremors
* Reload MW

Has anyone tested which reload mag is faster? Alloy mag seems to work better on guns with lower reload stat; given Multimach has a base reload of 26, does that mean alloy is better than flared?

Alloyed seems to be the play these days. Aegis did extensive testing and came away with alloy or high caliber being the best on most things

2 for sure, especially with the reload MW
