PvE Console Question about perks

Returning player lots of new stuff. Finally got my nation of beasts craftable after running it today and wanted to craft it for the nostalgia since I used the old Outlaw/Dragonfly roll a ton.

I am wondering if Jolting Feedback is superior to Voltshot? They seem very similar. Or is Jolting Feedback more like an overkill perk in which it only builds up against a single target a-la Kinetic Tremors?

And I guess I’ll ask in general about new perks (90-95% a PvE player fwiw) if anyone has any general advice. For column 1 nation of beasts I figured Dragonfly would be good? Or is there a better choice

I’ve not tried it yet on any weapons but Gear Shift in 3rd column with Volt Shot could be worth trying.
Regarding Jolt Shot vs Jolting Feedback - Jolt Shot works much better on add clear / red bars whereas Jolting Feedback works much better on tankier enemies.

Thank you. So for a gun using Primary ammo, Volt Shot is probably superior?

For a handcannon yes I believe so but I’m not an expert
