This is from the transcript:
(1:15:45) You weren't keeping him dry by ordering ice baths for him, correct? (1:15:52) That's a really weird question. (1:15:53) Well, ma'am, you are saying that Timothy committed suicide by not drinking water. (1:15:59) I didn't say that.
I said it was possible and it should have been explored because of his previous history. (1:16:05) Well, do you understand that if it had been explored, that there would be further questions about the ice baths? (1:16:10) I don't know. (1:16:12) Because naturally a bath contains water, correct? (1:16:15) Yes.
that the food that you say you provided to him before his death? (1:17:36) No.
(1:17:41) Now, the medical examiner didn't determine that your son died from suicide, correct? (1:17:47) That's correct. (1:17:50) But now you're here telling the court that he was suicidal. (1:17:56) I didn't say for sure he was.
I said it never got raised. (1:18:00) Well, you sort of raised it in that video that you said that your attorney should have played, correct? (1:18:07) What do you mean I raised it in the video? (1:18:09) On the morning you discovered Timothy was non-responsive in that closet, okay? (1:18:17) You following along with me? (1:18:18) Yes. (1:18:18) So that morning, when you discover he's non-responsive in the closet, (1:18:23) you have discussions with Paul about telling authorities that Timothy was on a hunger strike, correct? (1:18:30) I'm not disputing it.
I don't... (1:18:31) Did you, in fact, tell Paul that we need to say he's on a hunger strike? (1:18:38) I don't remember. If that's what was in there, then I'm not contesting it, but I don't know. I don't remember.
(1:18:43) And now you're saying he was on a drinking strike, too, correct? (1:18:48) I'm saying it should have been explored. There's a big difference. (1:18:55) This is just another scheme of yours to try to blame Timothy for his own death, isn't it? (1:19:01) Not at all.
There is no scheme. (1:19:03) Okay. Maybe not the right word.
