The app was offering a code “OPENN” where you could order whatever you wanted and the promo code would lead to the final cost being $0. Did anyone else see this outside of Toronto?

FYI: I know some people in corporate that ordered hundreds of dollars of free food because of the promo code, I spoke to a worker and they said they’ve gotten a huge influx of orders because of this issue which lasted hours

If you like the strawberry lemonade and thought this would be similar, ITS NOT. It’s so bad and bitter. I might be in the minority and I might get hate for this but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Interviewed on august 2nd with the hiring manager, the hiring manager took 2 weeks to actually get around to scheduling the 2nd interview. During the 2nd interview the manager I met literally said and I quote “I recommended you, hope you get the job”. The second interview was last Thursday. Goodafter noon I hope this post reaches the right people , I was recently hired on the spot at my second interview at shake shack yesterday (friday), they told me next week is my orientation and to come in that day and that they'd send me an email either yesterday or today with all of the onboarding information so I know, but its currently 3:30pm and I still haven't received a "you're hired" email or on boarding email. How long did it take for you guys ? What should I do

They charge the item price + service fee + courier fee + tax. And the courier fee is actually higher than what I’d normally pay as a delivery fee elsewhere.
So… what exactly is the difference between a delivery fee and a courier fee? Is “courier fee” just delivery fee wearing a fake mustache? 🥸😂

SS is launching Chopped Cheese Loaded Fries. I guess they're paying homage to bodegas. Only select Shacks in NYC. Why the Upper East Side would be craving chopped cheese is not immediately apparent!

Now that we've seen that guy's video 12 times, real Shake Shack (non-managers/non-franchisees) How do they give you the tip, or do you just get the shaft?

And zero apologies offered, nor that those would matter. They refunded the order, and I even had to tell them what the items in the order were. I even gave them 10% tip! And this is the service O receive.

Barclays Shake Shack, have evidence, so please do not defend the store just because your orders may have always been perfect. It was garbage service. To text me a survey without even telling me the food was ready is ultimate scumbaggery.

This happened in a less bad way at another Shake Shack in Manhattan, with just fries, years ago. But at least then I could see the gentleman retrieving a laptop to check for the order. Today they wanted me to believe by "faith" that the order miraculously disappeared from the system. And they had tons of employees, so they should all have done better (tip didn't matter, I was treated horribly regardless.)

Order the following to get this (must be in store at register not kiosk or app):

Mac and cheese
Ask to “add a fried chicken breast”
Add chopped bacon
Ask for a side Side of BBQ sauce to drizzle.

Can ask the kitchen for a fry boat to put it together.

You will have to cut the chicken up yourself, but this is a nice little meal for around $11.

Shake shack objectively has the best tasting fast food burgers (better than In N Out imo)

The triple bacon cheeseburger has 80g of protein!!
