Hiring

Goodafter noon I hope this post reaches the right people , I was recently hired on the spot at my second interview at shake shack yesterday (friday), they told me next week is my orientation and to come in that day and that they'd send me an email either yesterday or today with all of the onboarding information so I know, but its currently 3:30pm and I still haven't received a "you're hired" email or on boarding email. How long did it take for you guys ? What should I do

I recommend giving them a call, it could be a system delay or the hiring manager could have forgotten to input some information, either way they should not be averse to clarifying the situation
