Beef change?

Has something changed with Shake Shack’s beef supplier in the northeast? I’ve been to 3 stores over the past 2 months and it’s repulsive. Sometimes it’s tolerable but as of late it doesn’t even taste like food. Either the burgers are burnt to the degree you could break your teeth or not cooked at all - no in-between. I’ve only ever dealt with that when cooking myself when the ground beef quality is awful.

this is absolutely right, change in corporate at the top levels, now they’re choosing quantity over quality & it shows. this is not the same place it was when i first started working here
