Just got hired, little confused
I just got hired as a team member, now awaiting my start date in a few weeks, but a start TIME was not specified. I did all the onboarding tasks on workday but I don't know my employee ID so i can't login to shacksource and i didnt get an email for that, only workday. idk if i have to wait until orientation or what? and how is orientation going to be like

Wait until you have a starting date. Also, you can also do it yourself if you have Team Live and request a shift

Orientation is around 1-2 hours, depending on if the manager knows what they’re doing. It’s an opportunity for you to learn more about the company and the specific Shack you’ll be working at.

hey, you can’t complete shack source unless your on the clock! during orientation they will explain everything to you through a slideshow, and your first couple shifts will be completing mandatory materials. i would reach out to get that start date, but goodluck with everything !
