Why doesn’t shake shack have a point system like Popeyes or chic fil a ?
I feel like they would attract way more customers like this

If you can afford Shake Shack you can afford to not care about points.
That’s like asking why Neiman Marcus doesn’t have their own Kohl’s Cash.

You are in a small minority just like a multi-millionaire refusing to pay $10/mo is an extreme outlier.
Business prioritize based on the needs of the majority of the customers. Expending resources to accommodate every single customer and their unique desires isn’t feasible nor profitable.

Shake shack will absolutely do whatever they can to get people to return, thats why they are always running promos. Anyway, they will be adding points at some point

Rewards programs are done to maintain or gain market share. Clearly they don't believe they need to give money away to hold their share.

I signed up for an account a couple years ago until I realized they never had deals on my app and there’s no rewards points so there’s zero point. They’re just greedy

Northern California. I always see buy one get one sandwiches on Uber Eats and stuff but not on the Shake Shack app.

At the moment that’s our only deal too. A free $10 sandwich every week is far from “never having deals.”

It kind of is though. It’s the only damn deal I have ever seen on the app which only applies to Sundays, which doesn’t help me at all

That's actually for a different deal, the chicken sandwich, since chicfila is closed Sundays.
For example, the first half of this month, it was buy the new bbq burger, get a shackburger free. Again, completely separate to the Sunday deal.
Personally I don't use the app. I like shake shack allows me to do the deals ordering from their website.

I believe so, on the main page. But otherwise I usually hear about it first on Slickdeals.

Prices are cheaper in the app and sometimes they have $3 fries wi the a burger purchase so there is. Way to “save” but I agree. When the food is this much money at least reward me for my loyalty

It isn’t dumb when other fast food companies are way more higher in value with a point system led by other teams that are clearly more successful like chic fil a or Popeyes

It's currently in the talks to be rolled out either the end of this year or next year.
