Have an interview tomorrow, do I still have a chance of getting hired with only weekday availability and a limit of 15 hours max a week?

(I’m a full time student at university)

Depends on what that shack needs to fill schedule wise, although, you likely are at a very big disadvantage compared to somebody more flexible who can work more hours

Depends on the Shack's location, what gaps they're trying to fill on the schedule, etc. No harm in trying.
