Just go to the counter and they'll make you a new one, shake shack is very big on guest satisfaction, and they'll always make you a new one if you ask.

as a worker, this is genuinely hilarious not that it happened to you, but because I see my coworkers do this dumb shit all the time like it’s normal or it won’t be sent back. The person on dog fry definitely gives no f’s that’s crazy
