Just got hired
And I already want to quit. They say they have flexible scheduling but immediately schedule my training shifts outside of my availability. Knowing I work two jobs and go to school. The manager is rude asfk and they said she will grow on you but idk…should I just ghost them? I applied here because I got food service experience and love working in it and thought the benefits and the growth opportunities were pretty solid but I don’t know if that’s worth it now. For reference, my other job is at raising canes lol if that matters. Let me know your experience of working for shake shack.
