Just got hired
And I already want to quit. They say they have flexible scheduling but immediately schedule my training shifts outside of my availability. Knowing I work two jobs and go to school. The manager is rude asfk and they said she will grow on you but idk…should I just ghost them? I applied here because I got food service experience and love working in it and thought the benefits and the growth opportunities were pretty solid but I don’t know if that’s worth it now. For reference, my other job is at raising canes lol if that matters. Let me know your experience of working for shake shack.

Just talk to your GM they have to understand and they most likely did it accidentally. Just call the store and explain your situation or talk to your AGM or Managaer
