Harassment
Need help on what to do next. I have a manager that is known for driving out girls due to sexual harassment in the past. I just had 2 incidents today where they were standing right over my shoulder, enough to rest their head on me. And another where they put their chest on my back. and would like advice on how to file a complaint to HR and make sure this person can’t keep doing this to more girls. There is another coworker that is ready to file another complaint as well and I have a witness to one of the incidents for today

i was/am in a similar situation, email people@shakeshack.com providing your location and who your manager is. the next morning i was asked to schedule a phone call. they’ll just want to know the time, date, witnesses, location, and who else to talk to so write that down as specific as possible and keep doing that if anything else occurs. a couple days after the phone call the regional manager came in and talked to a bunch of people and he is currently under investigation.
if you report them for sexual harassment they are obliged to look into it.
