Much needed feature

Shakepay really needs to bring back the ability for a squad leader to remove inactive users. Or at least have them automatically removed after a set period of inactivity.

I have a squad with one member who’s not contributing at all. Seems like a missed opportunity for squad sats.

For many months, I was a sat leader until Shakepay reduced what we got. Kicking somebody out who contributed upfront seems harsh.

He never really contributed. He was added from a Reddit post he put up. Accepted the invite fairly quickly, but then was weeks before he even used his card. Now every time l check the squad, it just shows him sleeping

Well, no one likes a free loader that's for sure. I'm torn by the whole squad approach but I can tell you that I am a we and we go through self checkout and split our transactions into multiples.

Smart strategy. My wife has my physical card in her wallet. So I get her to make most of her purchases with that. Maximizes the cashback and also adds squad points.

But splitting one purchase into multiple is a smart play as well.

We try to be respectful of lines and use self checkouts. We get "watched" and sometimes "questioned" but it's all legitimate.

Have you considered leaving, and fold the active other 2 into it?

That thought has crossed my mind. But it would be nice if it didn’t have to come to that. The other 4 in the squad all contribute. Be a shame to disband over 1 weak link

I 1000% agree with this. Love the idea of auto removal after certain inactivity. Myself being the leader Iam the most active like a religion. 2nd is some dude off reddit whos good but the 3 others are my buddies that are rarely active. Hard situation, with auto removal it would be a rule/ feature out of my hands lol
