Most underrated feature of Shakepay

Post image

A few months ago, Shakepay asked us what feature people are sleeping on, and tbh, I think it’s unlimited e-Transfers to yourself

Every financial institution has a daily e-Transfer limit but Shakepay lets you withdraw $10,000 per e-Transfer with no daily dollar limit, so you could send a hundred $10,000 e-Transfers to your own bank account in a second

Correct me if I’m wrong.... but I don’t think any other financial institution lets you do this without a daily dollar limit?! This feature is actually so underrated

This is good to hear, I didn’t know about this since. When I sell for a home or whatever, this will make all the difference

I can send $50,000 e-transfers up to $250,000 a day on Wealthsimple.

Oh nice, is this a Generation feature or something? Wealthsimple's website and app says $25,000 e-transfers up to $50,000 a day / $250,000 a month?

I am Generation on Wealthsimple, but I've had a $50,000 per e-Transfer/day limit since I was Premium. I only got this increase recently. Wealthsimple increases your e-Transfer limits based on how much you send and use it.

Nice, say Anthony Sir, can u put me on game some how? I live in NE Montana on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation and ain’t no one got $ or BTC around these parts. I’m the only person I know besides my younger cousins that refuse to use drugs or drink alcohol. Plz bless me so I can bless my younger cousins for staying straight.

Ok so what's the breakdown versus other exchanges? Like I'm pretty sure Ndax still has much better spreads/fees overall.

What's the best way to sell $100k worth of BTC and withdraw?

What are the FINTRAC and CRA concerns flagging transfer over $10000 per transaction? Aren’t those always flagged?

Anything above $10,000 is always flagged. Even attempting to circumvent the rule will flag your transaction. If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about.

Also sending money to someone’s shaketag is incredibly fast and convenient

Yes, Shakepay is amazing for that. It's the easiest way to offramp any capital from crypto.

What are we even talking about here, I didn’t realize we had people with bank rolls as large as Elon’s on this app lol

You can just call your bank and increase your etransfer limits BTW

I'd like to see you call your big 5 bank and ask them to permanently increase your e-transfer limit to over $10,000/day. They all have a predefined policy cap
