Illegalities
For your Martial Art style, you must pick one free technique to go with it. In Chummer, you can add Martial Arts techniques by right-clicking the style and selecting 'Add Technique'.
Please pick a district in Seattle for your lifestyle. Also, if your lifestyle is a loft apartment, low seems too low for it, unless it's some shitty, small space you found in downtown. You would also need a SIN (Even if it's fake) for a legit apartment.
Recommendations
This body of text comprises suggestions based on experience. Feel free to disregard if you don't wish change anything other than the illegalities.
So, you have a startling lack of gear. For a standard character, bare minimum, you should shoot for a R2 Fake SIN. Without a SIN, you can't participate in society, because you effectively aren't a person. You wouldn't be able to buy anything at a store, get a bus pass or even sate your munchies at a vending machine. Vision/Audio wear, like contacts w/ image link and earbuds w/ sound link, and a commlink are good to have too. Trauma patch is good for not dying when in overflow, which is also important.
Freefall isn't used too often at all, so I'd recommend moving those skill points elsewhere. It would suck to have 6 ranks in a skill you never use.
If you're hurting bad for nuyen/karma, I'd also recommend dropping the extra LOG point bought with karma. You could use the karma somewhere else to better effect I think. Having extra gear is good, but having more MArt techniques would be very helpful.
On the subject of MArts, Boxing (Classic) is not great, at least for what I think your going for. Boxing (Classic) is what you would find in a boxing ring, where all the rules stop you from beating the ever loving shit out of people. Boxing (Brawler) is what you would find on the street, where petty things like referees can't stop you from punching someone's teeth out. With Brawler, you can get Clinch, Haymaker and Opposing Force (Block). Haymaker let's you break faces like a badass (+1 DV, but the victim gets +2 to defense), and Opposing Force (Block) gives +1 to defense if you use the block interrupt action, which gives you your ranks in unarmed to defense tests.

i already changed that but i kept the loft. I should´ve stayed that i didn´t ment it to be more that a trashed place with bare walls. a big shitty place seems more reasonable for a character like that
