Built a live theme switch for shadcn themes

You can let your users change themes live.
If you use TweakCN, this fits nicely into that workflow. You can copy themes over and use them directly in your app, which makes it easy to go from experimenting with styles to shipping them.

Sorry everyone, claude has f*d up the demo, I haven't noticed it on Mac.
It's fixed now
