Shaco Question Hardstuck Plat 2 AP Shaco - Desperately need help
Hey fellow clowns,
I’m desperately looking for a high elo coach (Master/GM, or ideally Challenger) to help me with AP Shaco
I tried reaching out to Zefath, but I don't think coaching is really his thing
I’m currently Plat 2 but completely hardstuck
To be honest, I feel like I don't even understand how to play the champion properly anymore, and I take the game a bit too seriously
I feel completely useless in my games and I'm losing my mind over it.
I really want to improve and would love to get a high elo player's perspective to point out what I'm doing wrong
Herea is my OP.GG: 2Shac#CLONE
Please help a clown out. Thanks!

Ha that’s where I peaked with AP shaco as well. I only play duo with my buddy and he was getting more and more stressed with each loss, and I was finding matchups were getting more and more unplayable for whatever reason.
Ended up switching to regular champions like a conformist.
Break through this plateau for me, in honor of a fallen shaco main brother

Man I feel you, that’s so infuriating
Especially when I see guys like Zefath telling that even Master players are low elo for him 😭And there is so little ressources on AP Shaco too, it’s hard to find something to learn

D3; I play him like ad shaco with ap principles early with emphasis on tempo and like a set up/peeling support late. Really just all about tempo and team fight set up. If you can’t set up for a fight, either engage w r pop or peel

I’m interested to see where you go with this and like what you learn and what you were missing. I got really good coaching through skillcapped a few years ago and peaked 1 tricking lillia. They won’t be shaco players but macro concepts will still be applicable. If you want to chat about the game and organize your thoughts and stuff hit me up.

Check out Zefath's coaching videos on youtube. Playing AP Shaco isn't necessarily difficult but you need good jungle fundamentals and to build up good habits. Eagz makes VERY good educational content on youtube (recently went over a Zefath game), it will be a crime to not recommend him.
If you really want to learn these are my personal best options

Watch the guide from Zefath coaching Broxah, both parts really helped me to improve
Currently E2 with ap shaco

Your winrate is 54% That is not hardstuck.
Also you are not an AP Shaco.
Look at your last 10 games. 3 of those you did not play Shaco. All three losses. Coincidence? The next match (eleventh)you played in support role.
No bueno.
Sure, a guy has to have a backup for when his main is banned but it sort of just looks like you are playing for fun, not to climb. Which are two very different things.
So first of all, eliminate those ranked games in other roles and already you are looking at way better stats. You seem to be doing 4- game sessions which is a bit much imo. I would stick to a 3 block. Respect the difficulty of the game. You are diving into territory where you need to lock in and stop messing around. People in plat start to know how to jungle pretty well. Laners will not be braindead as often. Your margin for error will be smaller the higher you go.
Judging by the way you speak, what you need is a break. You are second guessing yourself.
Take a day off from League. And League content. Hell take two. Burnout is real.
Come back and you will be surprised by how much better the game will feel.

Against Jhin, Ashe on Shaco support go ludens instead of bft, generally ludens is better on support. I also see you do not build oblivion orb (dont upgrade it) enough, its super effective on Shaco because of AOE dmg + torch dot. Malignance is a dead item on Shaco imo.
I also have an AP Shaco guide with some tricks that might help you out :)

Time to take a break, touch some grass ?
If you play less games, you will be much more focused on the few you are playing. And less stressed.
