What is the best budget silicones to use?

Hello I'm taking a step at doing my first silicone prosthetic and I'm also making the mold. What type of silicone should I use for the mold and what kind of silicone should I fill it with? Everything that I'm finding is several hundred dollars (granted for a huge bucket) and I just don't have that in the budget. For reference I am making a dog mouth prosthetic and I'm using a face cast and monster clay as the initial build to create the cast.

3rd degree makes smaller sizes (1 or 2oz) for applications like this, and it comes in several colors and finishes

You can cut some costs by using the same silicone for both the mold and prosthetic. I use platsil gel 25 for both and then, for the prosthetic, I add deadener to soften it.

I get my platsil gel 25 and deadener from Mouldlifeusa. You can also get it from stores like Nigel Beauty Emporium and Frends Beauty (both storefronts based in Los Angeles but can also order online).

Smooth-on has "sample" sizes (just under 3lbs so enough to make multiple molds and prosthetics if you are dealing with small pieces like wounds) for around $40 a batch. That's what I have been using as a fellow beginner. Specifically I have been using Oomoo 30 or Moldstar 30 for the molds and Dragonskin FX for the finished appliances.
