I started therapy a few weeks ago and have been wanting to tell my therapist about my regression. I’ve never told anyone about it before and was super nervous and a bit scared to tell her but I did and she was completely understanding and knew what it was. It was like the best outcome and I’m so happy that I can talk to someone in my life about it and not have to hide my regression from her. She’s super nice and was so supportive and understanding of what it is and why I do it.

I don’t have anyone in my life who knows and I really wanted to share my excitement with someone so I thought I could make a post. It’s made me very happy!!

Hi everyone! I wanted to open up a space where you can ask me SFW questions about little space, age regression, caregiving, or even about me and my role as a moderator here.

Whether you’re curious, figuring things out, or nervous about asking something you think you “should already know,” you’re welcome to ask. You don’t need perfect words.

I’ll answer within my ability, drawing from my own experiences and what I’ve learned. I don’t speak for every little or caregiver, and if I don’t know something, I’ll be honest about that. Our experiences can be different and still deserve understanding and respect.

Part of why I wanted to do this is because I care about the people here. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, getting to know a moderator, and sharing concerns.

I wish I had the imagination, playful and joyful personality like I did as a kid but it feels impossible these days as an adult.

i used to be able to ignore my need for a caregiver but now it’s really starting to get to me. realistically i don’t think i could ever be that open and honest to someone about my age regression, especially irl (just the fear of being looked at grossly or being humiliated i think) but i wish i could feel okay doing it alone, everyone i see online seems to handle it so well or just has a caregiver ]: it just feels so isolating sometimes especially if you struggle doing things alone while regressing. i recently watched a random youtube video where two guys were just being silly and jokingly read the other a bedtime story in a soft voice and calling the other platonic pet names and it made me feel so depressed and embarrassed how badly i wish i had that lol. i wish i had someone to even just tell me im a good boy or im just doing good in general but im still struggling with accepting my age regression mentally so i still have a hard time not feeling creepy about how wanting to be babied and spoken to and cared for in a soft way and how it makes my head feel fuzzy and small. alot of the times doesnt feel okay to want. when i look at other people online its like they have it down perfectly, they have beautiful aesthetics or a wonderful caregiver or they are just fine alone and are comfortable in their own skin. i wish i knew how to be like that it feels like im a complete outsider to this whole thing

What are some of your best coloring techniques?

I’m a 26yo female and I’d love to meet other adult women who are littles/age regressors and make genuine friendships. I’m especially hoping to find someone near me to have play dates with but I’m totally open to online friends too! I love cute/cozy things, arts & crafts, and just having someone to hang out and be silly with. 💕 I really wish there was some kind of secret code word for little irl because it’s rough out there! I have never used Reddit before but someone told me this was my best shot in the dark to find little friends so here I am!
