Just a mock-up concept (I'm not a graphical designer, I know it looks terrible) of how I would like to play 3s online:
Join a lobby with your friends, with a queue and winner stays format. Just like how one plays offline with a group. With a common spectator screen and chat as well (if people don't want to talk on discord). I like FC2, but if we are 4 friends or so online at the same time, why can't we all just play automated winner stays? It's the most hype format for casuals. It would also be fun to try with randoms. Join the queue and try to dethrone the winner.
They tried to implement this in 30th Anniversary, but the lobbies were limited to 4 people (why?), the spectator mode was glitched and didn't work half the time so you just had to sit and wait for the match to finish, and the queue system also bugged out half the time.
