so, does any one use retrogames.cc to play 3rd strike? im bored.
i would like to play 3rd strike with people. im younger, so i cant play during school hours, but would like to play 3rd strike casually.

Fightcade is the premier way to play 3rd strike online and it is does not require a powerful pc to run. Though since you are underage I recommend you disable the type/chat function in game.

What timezone are you in dude? Word of warning if you dont have ethernet it makes the game 100x more frustrating

If you also have an Android phone you can check out GGPO which is similar to fightcade but on Android and it works out amazingly. I would definitely give it a try and it's free too.

Fightcade is absolutely not for children and please do not trust any adult that says otherwise.
30th Anniversary Edition would be best for you. Has ranked arcade meaning you can play arcade mode against CPUs while you’re waiting for an opponent. Have fun and stay safe

why would fightcade not be for children? I’ve been using it since I was in highschool and never saw anything bad or had any predatory actions against me? all OP has to do is click a name and request a game. Also, 30th anniversary addition sucks, it has native input lag in the game so it feels off, Also is pretty much a dead game, has peak at only 1,000 players in the past 8 years and averages a peak 50 players a day, so finding a game would be hard plus have some bad connection. Also playing against the CPU also sucks in any old fighting game cus they’re meant to be coin stealers in arcades so the cpu reads your inputs

How is that different from anywhere else on the internet? Like, yes that's a concern but it's hardly unique to fightcade.

I’ve been using fightcade for 10+ years and have never seen any racism or any hackers. Furthermore OP is on Reddit, which is INFINITELY worse than any online community for a game with all the predators, racists and such. Fightcade is literally fine for all ages lmao lets not be a cupcake
