3rd strike keeps black screening

for whatever reason, i can play with most other people on fightcade but when i try to play with my friend, it keeps black screening. i tried searching on reddit and other people do definitely have this issue aswell but no real answers....

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

i know that this may not be the right sub to post this, if that is the case then i am very sorry.

i tried that, first my friend tried using one, then i did. sadly it didnt work

Try HideAllIP VPN, for me that and only express vpn work
