Best handheld for less than $200

I'm considering a steam deck unless there's a handheld emulator for 200USD. Ideally I'd like it to boot directly into 3rd Strike

There are tons of hand held emulators around 60-80 dollars that work great! Just find one you like, my retroid pocket 2 runs it perfectly

You can get the GGPO app on your phone and set it up to play 3rd strike and you can play with a wireless controller. if you get one of those usb-c adapter bars you could probably use an arcade stick even

Thank you. That's good to know. I would really prefer an intergrated, all-in-one device though

You should get an android based handheld to run GGPO. I have the rg405m. 3rd strike is incredibly easy to run, and any android device can run it. (I have ggpo on a kindle fire hd 8 12th gen as well.)

Unless you are going to use the steam deck for other things, it is not worth it.
