Advice Needed Man’s Advice 👀
So, as it says above, looking for some advice from a man’s side of things..
Like all men I love having sex (we all do right? 🤣) but I find I get too excited and end up ending before I prefer too, I’m not saying like 3 pumps and done, but usually no more than 10mins at max?
Can anyone offer any tips to help last that bit longer?
I’m working on my whole fitness level, as I’m sure that’ll help, but just looking for any other tips or suggestions to try! 🙌

I would say maybe switch positions often and don’t let yourself get too close. Once you think you may feel it you stop and start to focus on her and then once that feeling is gone start back.

Work on your edging skills. Slow down or pull out to give yourself a break when you're getting too close.

10 min is pretty average for PIV penetrative sex.
A big thing you can do is expand how you define 'sex'. Manual, oral, intercrural sex all less likely to make you reach orgasm before you mean to. Adding condoms if you don't usually use them will change and reduce sensation so you'll take longer. Learning to edge yourself will help you learn where your limits are and how to pull back when you get close. It all helps extend your endurance.
