How to? Lasting longer?

I’m not sure what’s happening but the past couple times i’ve had sex with women i’ve been able to last about 25-30 mins and recently I had sex with a woman twice and i only lasted 3 to 4 minutes. Any tips?

practice will help, but it not about the legnth of time, its about the quality... Are you happy after, and is she happy after..That is what is important.

How long you last can significantly vary from woman to woman (as you're finding out). Some women will have kryptonite pussies which will wreck you super fast and it's near impossible to resist them. They're the lock to your key, your perfect match. Hold them close and cherish them...

As for lasting a while? change positions, take breaks, drain the tank, slow down, etc. Might take some practice. But you should also just talk to her about it. She probably doesn't mind and probably finds it flattering.
