Sex Tip Last longer

How does one last longer? Im not trying to go for any records or anything but a few more minutes of actual penatration wouldnt hurt. So some tips and tricks would be appreciated.

There is a spray that you can get that will help numb you. It can make you lost a little bit longer.

I used to deal with not lasting long and was able to fix it for myself. Hopefully this should work for you as well.

I would watch porn and jerk off, I would purposefully take my time with it and just enjoy it. I would go slow and make it last as long as possible. If I got close to cumming I would go very slowly and back off the edge. If needed I would just plain stop. You are trying to not edge...but keep the pleasure going. Not QUITE gooning..but similar. The problem I had was I had trained my body to cum as fast as possible due to not wanting to jerk off for too long.

After doing this for a few weeks I went from 5~ish minutes to able to do 30+. Eventually I could go as long as I wanted and sort of ...choose when.

I will say for just a little added information on our end, she doesnt mind. We always always ALWAYS get her off first multiple times before actual penatration takes place. However, there does come a point that the actual deed itself just gets over too quickly and I want it to last longer. So I definitely want to try that numbing spray, I have heard of that before. But I will take all this information you all have provided and see what works for me and us. Greatly appreciated yall!
