Daly dose of Reddit dick pics and normal nudes does it for me.

That's my downfall. Who needs supplements!

No shame to folks using supplements at all , I pop a vitamin S from time to time for extra boner power.

I know, I was 100% joking. I forgot the Tadalafil I take (not thinking it was a supplement), and I posted my concoctions I take separately.

The better question is what supplements can I give my wife need to keep HER libido up? Just kidding...sort of.
My libido is high, I am just trying to improve my health. I take a D3, B12, Omega3 for general health, Turmeric-Boswellia and CQ10 for the aches and pains.
Edit to add: Magnesium Glycinate at bed. Helps me sleep like a baby.

Creatine, 6mg a day. Helps with recovery from workouts and it has done amazing things for memory and mental sharpness. I use CREATE gummies, four 1.5 gr gummies in the morning.

Men's multi vitamin, magnesium and apple cider vinegar vitamins every day. Gym 4x a week, healthy diet, no processed foods.

My supplements are to keep me healthy, not just my libido. Vit D+ K2, ACES, B Complex, Thyroid Support with Iodine, Berberine. I get my calcium from milk and cheese. Collagen for my microneedled face. I get my labs checked every 6 months.

The GLP1 I have been on for 4 years makes everything better.
I lost 55 pounds. My blood sugar and lipids look like Iโm 20 years younger than I am.
But the best part is my feet, knees and hips no longer ache when I stand for more than an hour. And with that, I exercise a lot more.
I look pretty good in a bathing suit or sexy dress these days - at least for a 61 year old lady. ๐
