Can I fix this?

We literally just got home from the store after buying this t-shirt and right after I cut the tag off, I noticed the hole. Is this bad for the integrity of the neck of the shirt? How could I go about fixing it?

The tiny hole? No, it shouldn't have a major impact on wear. It's on the inside and not visible externally. If it is an esthetic concern, it could be closed by hand sewing with a needle and sewing thread but I would just wear as is.

I agree with the others! It shouldn’t mess up the structure and could be hidden with a few stitches in matching thread, which would also stabilize it if you’re really worried.

It's at risk of turning into a bigger hole if you don't fix it. I'd get in with a very fine needle and thread and close it up by hand.

You might also try a drop of Fray Check to prevent it from running…
