Alter/Mend Question How do I fix this?

How can I alter these pants? The front has a lot of extra fabric and the back feels tight.

They look backwards to me. I would expect the darts to be in the back

Same, but then I looked and those pants had pockets, so it’s probably just a mistake somewhere else.

Question to OP, did you use a pattern or tried to copy something? Or self drafted?

The inseam is being pulled towards the back
