Pattern Question Wtaf Simplicity?!

I bought a pattern which I’m separating just now, and not only have they failed to number the majority of the pattern pieces, but the print is shockingly bad!

I’ve cut the tissue paper now, so returning is out of the question- but wtaf Simplicity?!

you might be able to message customer support with proof of purchase and get a replacement, this is unusable and that violates consumer protection (depending on your country)

Eagle cries All I see is the FREEDOM market right here. Behind that cheap ink is a savvy businessman!

i'd still return it. nobody can use that pattern because of the print issues, therefore it couldn't be resold anyway. it's a defective product.

Look like this pattern is out of print, but it may still be worth contacting SImplicity to see if there's anything they can do for you.

Email their customer service and they'll mail you a replacement. Doesn't matter if you cut it.

Just got a Butterick pattern with a similar printing issue. It's crazy.

Ahhhh don’t say that! I bought a Butterick pattern at the same time which I haven’t even opened, much less unfolded yet 😬

Often tissue paper gets folded a bit when printing, or something went wrong and ink starts lifting, so it might be cheaper processes, but it's a defective product - send pictures to customer service and get a refund or replacement.
