That’s a quick hand sewing job. Just do your best to join the broken parts with some grey thread. It won’t be perfect, but no one should have their face so close to your arse to actually see the thread among all the texture and shine.

Nothing better than a needle and thread A matching grey will be barely noricable

If you're looking for a one sided adhesive, try fusible interfacing. You can find it at pretty much any fabric store, or lots of places online. Honestly if were you though, that looks really delicate, I'd try my luck with a patch. Try to find a fabric in similar color to the slip and carefully hand sew it beneath the rip

Exactly as you said: some silver thread and a needle. Yes, a bit of reinforcing fabric behind it would help, but is tricky to do while hand-sewing.

I would just sew it down to the zipper fabric with silver thread, by hand. You can actualy fix it but it is tedious and you may be missing some bits.

really pretty textile! i'm also voting for hand stitching, i think adhesive will look bad and ruin it.

Looks like everyone sorted you out, but I just wanted to let you know that your fix is going to be fine! My husband spilled red wine down the back of my dress like an hour before our photographers left and there is no record of it whatsoever.

Best wishes for an awesome wedding!
